Summary: Calculate the area and the perimeter of the rectangles given.  For each correct answer you get a piece of the puzzle.  Collect all pieces to win!

Add a little fun by asking them to collect pieces together and solve the puzzle.

1) Capacity 
Grades: 1-3
Summary:  Find out how much milliliters make up a liter. There are nine selections to choose from to fill the one liter jug of water.

How to integrate: Shared and Modeled
A great way to have students think about the different combination that make up a liter.

2) Capacity Jug
Grades: 2-4
Summary: Work out the capacity of each container by pouring it into the measuring jug and working out the closest value using the scale.


How to integrate:  Shared, Modeled, Independent
Use as a center to see how many ways students can make a liter

3) Drag and Drip Level 1
Grades: 2-4
Summary:  Students must beat the clock to read the capacity of the jar. Level 2 is also available.

How to integrate:  Shared, Independent
Use it as a hook or as a review to see how fast students can read the scale.
