Summary: A great game to help student calcuate coins.  Click on the different coin combinations and beat the clock for the highest score.  This game has three levels of difficulty! Enjoy!

Grades: 1-3
Summary: Three different topics
1) Recognizing & Counting Coins
  - Three crystals - each crystal takes only seconds to complete.
2) Values of Bills & Coins
-  i) matching money with it's value  ii) Cent to dollar notation match
3) Collection of Money
-  i) Drag and Drop the value of the money given - each crystal is a different amount

How to integrate: Modeled, Shared, Independent
These crystals take only a fraction of a second to complete - it would not work out very well as a lesson but maybe as a hook.

3) Cash Out
Grades: 2-4
Summary:  Customers are at cash and waiting for change.  Find the proper change using Canadian coins.  Two levels of difficulty, easy or hard.  You can choose to display the hints and/or the change amount.

Great as a mental math activity.




4) Buy it with the Little Farmer
Grades: 2-3
Summary:  Give the Farmer exact change by choosing the different coin and bills in the window.
