Counting Bee's - Estimate
Grades: 1-2

Summary: Estimate the number of bees before they fly away.  Choose up to five or ten bees.

Hen House - Estimate
Grades: 1-3

Summary: Each hen has between 1 and 5 eggs. Ask pupils to estimate and then count, placing the eggs over the numbers at the front of the box. Use the arrows to then set the correct number before pressing check.  Which hen has the most eggs? How many more has one hen than the other?

Summary: Click on a number of sea creatures and arrange them on the board. Have students guess the number and reveal the answer to see if they are correct.  You can also use it as a counting game together.

Summary: The machine will show you a bunch of number and you need to type in an estimate of what those numbers would add up to.  You have 60 seconds to come up with an estimate so solve it fast!

Estimate on a Number Line
Grades: 2-6

Summary: Great tool to show students how to estimate.   There are eight stages in total. 
Stage 1: Estimate whole numbers between 0-10
Stage 2: Estimate whole number between 0-100
Stage 3: Estimate whole number between 0-1000
Stage 4: Estimate whole number between 0-10000
Stage 5: Estimate a decimal between 0-1 (tenths)
Stage 6: Estimate a decimal between 0-1 (hundredths)
Stage 7: Enter your own value (tenths)
Stage 8: Enter your own value (hundredths)

Summary: Choose how you want to round and then start the game.  A dart board will appear and students must round the inside number and input the correct rounded number outside.  There is a timer so students compete against time.
